Internship Statistics (2022–24)

 

The Department of CSE (Data Science) proudly shares the success of AICTE Virtual Internship Participation for the academic years 2022–23 and 2023–24.
Through collaborations with leading industry platforms, our Second Year (SE) and Third Year (TE) students gained valuable hands-on experience in emerging technologies, preparing them for real-world challenges.

Highlights:

  • Participation Across Multiple Cohorts:

    • SE: Cohorts 3, 4, and 5 (2022–23)

    • TE: Cohorts 6, 7, and 8 (2023–24)

  • Domain Expertise in:

    • Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure)

    • Cybersecurity (Palo Alto Networks)

    • Robotic Process Automation (UiPath)

    • Data Analysis (Alteryx, Jupyter)

    • Software Development and more.

  • Achievement Rates:

    • Up to 96% successful participation for SE students.

    • Up to 98% successful participation for TE students.

This initiative reflects the department’s strong commitment to bridging academic learning with practical industry exposure, empowering students with the skills needed for the future of technology.

 

During the academic year 2023–24, A. P. Shah College, in collaboration with AICTE, successfully organized online internships for Second Year (SE) and Third Year (TE) students from the CSE and Data Science departments. These internships provided hands-on experience across multiple domains such as:

  • Cloud Computing

  • Cybersecurity

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Infrastructure Engineering

  • Software Development

  • Embedded Systems

The initiative was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with real-world skills.

Key Highlights:

  • Participation across Cohorts 3 to 8

  • Student completion numbers ranged from 48 to 109 per cohort

  • SE (Second Year) student completions: 46 to 57 students per cohort

  • TE (Third Year) student completions: 46 to 61 students per cohort

This effort marks a significant step toward enhancing the professional readiness of our students and showcases the department’s commitment to experiential learning.
