The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Laboratory at the department is a platform for conducting theoretical, experimental, and applied investigations of intelligent systems, knowledge systems, autonomous robots, machine learning systems, natural language processing components, design and implementation tools. The lab offers a unique set of vast computational resources and the ability to publish and share your research.

The Cloud Computing Lab provides the students with access to virtual machines running various operating systems and applications.The objective of cloud computing lab is to study the basic cloud architecture and various open source tools that can help to provide virtualisation on cloud. The lab enables the study and implementation of infrastructure as a service, storage as a service, identity and user management on cloud. It also helps to add various security features on cloud applications.

The HPC Lab serves as the focal point of research on Computer Architecture and Parallel and Distributed Systems with emphasis on parallel computer architectures, including multicore and GPUs.The lab provides architectural support for debugging,optimization, studying emerging memory and interconnection technologies, and performance/power analysis of applications.

The Image Processing & Computer Vision Laboratory conducts research in the areas of image/video processing and computer vision. Image processing and computer vision lab concerns image transformations, studying image properties, and 3D aspects of an image. Image processing and Computer Vision are two over lapping fields as most computer vision algorithms need some form of image processing.

Project Laboratory facilitates practical learning experience and provides a technically equipped environment where the faculty and student conducts research, develop creative proposals and prototypes to solve complex  engineering problems.Students can build and test live projects at the lab.The best projects are housed in the lab to help in stimulating  thinking of the academic community.Our main objective is to support innovation and entrepreneurship.

Web development is an incredibly rich field, with plenty of growth opportunities.Learning web development helps students to understand the working of how a website is hosted and how a webpage is rendered over the Internet.In this lab students learn to build their our own website/webpages using the various web technologies such as HTML, CSS, etc.
