Their innovative idea for solving the problem of issues faced by citizens proved to be well accepted by the judges earning them the first prize in Open Data Day Celebrations- Hackathon and Start-up Pitchfest Held on 21st Jan 2022. Arun Mathai and Atharva Dhamankar proposed a solution to the panel i.e. To connect & synchronize all traffic lights, modulate them to enable easy passage of Authorized Vehicles under Emergency Circumstances. Having a pre-existent pattern for traffic light timings may not be the most ideal solution and may lead to loss of essential time. Thus if we have a smart central system that can adapt to its requirements based on relative priority, essential time can be saved in Emergency Situations
