The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) at A. P. Shah Institute of Technology conducted an insightful hands-on session titled "Mastering MySQL and Python ORM: Bridging Databases with Code" on 22nd and 23rd August 2024. The session was led by Ayush Gupta, a TE CSE (Data Science) student.

Held in Room 208-AB at 3:00 PM, the event aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of database management and back-end integration using Python. The session covered:

Fundamentals of MySQL and practical query writing
Introduction to Python ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
Real-world application of ORM for seamless database integration
Strategies for building efficient and scalable database solutions

The interactive format and hands-on activities allowed students to gain practical experience in database connectivity and backend logic. Attendees were encouraged to bring their own laptops for a fully immersive learning experience.
