The Information Technology Department of A. P. Shah Institute of Technology organized a three-day expert session titled "Eduskills Techcamp on Google Android" from 22nd to 24th July 2024 for TEIT students. The session was conducted by Mr. Chandan Naik, a seasoned developer and corporate trainer, who provided in-depth knowledge of Android app development using Kotlin, the official language recommended by Google. The workshop covered essential topics such as Android Studio installation, writing test cases, and building functional apps like a Birthday app and Tip Calculator. Students gained valuable hands-on experience with mobile emulators and practical coding skills.
