The workshop on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with Hugging Face & LangChain conducted by Yash Baviskar was a deep dive into building intelligent AI systems that retrieve and generate accurate answers. Building an AI chatbot using vector databases with Hugging Face and LangChain involves leveraging a combination of tools for natural language processing, vector embeddings, and document-based retrieval. This process utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), which allows your chatbot to retrieve relevant information from a vector database and generate contextually accurate responses.

In collaboration with Data Science Wizards (DSW), successfully hosted Hackscript APSIT 6.0, a 24-hour hackathon held on 8th–9th March 2025. This flagship event provided a platform for students to solve real-world problems under the theme "Innovations in Artificial Intelligence." The institute was honored by the presence of Mr. Sandeep Khuperkar, CEO & Co-founder of Data Science Wizards, as Chief Guest. The judging panel comprised Mr. Saurabh Singh and Mr. Hardik Rana, Senior Data Scientists at DSW. Participants worked on two challenging problem statements, showcasing their technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration.
